Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: License/Certifications: CPR Certification through the American Heart Association Phlebotomy Technician Certification (PBT) Experience: 6 months in a team orientated environment or customer service role Completion of formal structured phlebotomy program OR 3 months' full-time phlebotomy experience or equivalent.
