The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level, strategic administrative and business support to the Transport Segment President (who also serves as an Executive Vice President of Oshkosh Corporation) and the Chief Growth Officer. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communications or a relevant area.

Summary of Job Description
The positions within a Sheet Metal Fabricator (Machine Operator I) are responsible for checking job sheets and setting up machines for operation. The employee may operate different machines to complete the assigned tasks. They must be able to read blue prints and troubleshoot basic equipment and machines. They must maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Functions

Operate a variety of different sheet metal fabrication machines and equipment to include but not limited to: press brakes, lasers, water jets, turrets, rollers, panel benders
Set up and prepare parts for cutting and forming operations
Operate a computer for machine set up
Load/unload materials into machines and equipment
Read and apply measurements to parts and equipment
Read and understand blue prints, schematic diagrams, etc.
Read and interrupt job routings and paperwork
Lift light and/or heavy parts on and off a cart, floor, shelf, etc.
Use of a cart to push/pull equipment and parts to and from designated areas
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks
Assist co-workers with lifting parts
Understand the differences in parts and tools
Sweep and clean shop area
Work overtime and rotate jobs as needed
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Senior Technician - NPD
The New Product Development (NPD) Senior Technician will play a key role in contributing to the prototype build and development process of new products within the Pierce Manufacturing and Oshkosh Vocational Segment portfolios. SUMMARY
This position assists the Product Management department on various projects. These projects will be focused on product content with exposure to sales, engineering, manufacturing, legal, and finance. YOUR IMPACT
Responsible for supporting and leading contract management activities, which may include negotiating with vendors, requesting quotes, reviewing utilization, assessing value, and providing recommendations.
Provide process and strategic oversight, including continuous process improvement efforts, to ensure that both business and DT requirements are met and that processes perform optimally at the highest standards.
Assist in the facilitation of procurement activities and vendor selection, to secure optimal terms and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This includes aiding in the preparation of RFPs, evaluating proposals, and contributing to the negotiation process to achieve the best value for the organization.
Monitor vendor performance against metrics and KPIs.
Develop and enhance vendor relationships.
Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development with other Digital Technology (DT) staff, mentoring, and job shadowing.
Have exceptional communication skills and a strong capacity for teamwork, enabling effective collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or equivalent.
Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology, or in a related area.

Vendor Management experience
Information Technology experience within the manufacturing industry.

Pay Range:
$91,800.00 - $153,200.00

Safety Coordinator
Implement and manage safety programs and procedures that will reduce injuries and their associated costs, as well as meet all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct safety audits of facilities to pinpoint unsafe working conditions, behaviors and practices and develop sound recommendations for corrections

YOUR IMPACT
Set up, tack and weld ferrous and nonferrous materials. Understand and utilize applicable welding procedure specifications. Perform all welding duties in compliance with applicable welding codes. Emphasis on aesthetic appearance of welds and criticality of application are special considerations for this job. Understand and apply the applicable weld inspection criteria. Cut, grind, fit, and bend parts to fit weldments as required. Clean and deburr welds to satisfy customers and applicable weld codes. Perform weld repairs per accepted procedures. Salvage and rebuild parts as directed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires the use of complicated drawings, welding symbols, shop mathematics, weld shop tools, protractors, scales, squares, calipers, etc. Equivalent to four years of high school plus technical training in welding. Must pass any required tests associated with applicable standards, up to and including, but not limited to; AWS, ISO, MIL STD, International, ASNT. GMAW Certification or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.

PAY
