Been there almost 3 years and have no cons whatsoever
being able to work from home
The leadership team actually LISTENS to its employees and tries to compromise whenever possible - but bottom line is, they have a job for you to do and you need to do your job - more than understandable in my book
not sure how to improve anything - they already try to include all employees with monthly meetings where they provide lunch and games and prizes...
Be honest - showcase your experience but most importantly show up with a good attitude and complete honesty
I'd say they are spot-on with the industry average in my field but not sure about the factory employees
I couldn't care less about diverse demographics - I do not believe in DEI - if you're not qualified or unwilling to learn your job AND PERFORM IT, then you shouldn't be employed in that position
Being able to solve a problem either for customers or co-workers and make things work out to a mutually acceptable resolution
