OSIsoft CEO and leadership

Dr. J. Patrick Kennedy is the CEO and majority owner of OSIsoft. Under Dr. Kennedy's visionary leadership, the company has grown from a small software startup in 1980 to a highly profitable global corporation. Prior to founding the company, Dr. Kennedy worked as a research engineer for Shell Development Company and as an applications consultant for Taylor Instrument Company. Dr. Kennedy attended the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. A registered professional engineer in control systems engineering, he holds a patent on a catalytic reformer control system. He co-authored a chapter of the book ''Planning, Scheduling and Control Integration in the Process Industries,'' C. Edward Bodington, ed. (McGraw-Hill Co., 1995), and is the author of numerous papers.

Richard A. Beeson III is a CTO at OSIsoft and Partner at Mr. Dewie's and is based in San Leandro, California. He has worked as Technical Steering Committee at OSIsoft, Chief Software Architect at OSIsoft, and Software Engineering Group Lead at OSIsoft.

Bob Guilbault is OSIsoft's CFO. He is responsible for Finance, Accounting, and Administration, and has been with OSIsoft since November 2007. Prior to this, Bob served as CFO of C&H Sugar, Inc. He brings experience in process manufacturing, operations and risk management issues that are similar to those of OSIsoft's core customers. Bob also has experience in strategic management consulting in the food and banking industries. Bob holds a Master's degree in Management from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Bowdoin College.
