How you'll contribute
The Physical Therapist (PT) assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
Assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of those patients being treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs. May be assigned to orient staff and students and assume the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence of that individual.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Magnetic Resonance portfolio across assigned accounts and territory by effectively positioning and differentiating Bayer solutions from competitor offerings;

Position Summary:
Join our team to be part of our House Supervisor team. Our house supervisors are responsible for the flow of patients throughout our building, from ED to inpatient and from inpatient to discharge. They are often responsible for conflict management, service recovery and critical thinking in difficult times. The beauty of the position is that every day is different, they have standard responsibilities such as flow, responding to codes, and some audits, however the day is filled with handling whatever issues arise in the moment. They are a leader in the building whether it's during night shift and/or weekends and as such are called upon to handle difficult situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Five (5) years of RN experience
Three (3) years or more as Charge RN
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ER or ICU
Prior leadership experience
