In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving finished formulas, blending and repacking products into final containers, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining quality and throughput. Key Responsibilities: * Receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation * Blend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with SOPs * Transfer bulk formulas into final bottles or containers accurately and efficiently * Apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards * Assemble kits or multi-unit orders as required * Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and proper protection * Stage completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoff * Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors * Maintain clean and organized packaging workstations * Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred * Ability to follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks * Comfortable handling liquids, bottles, and packaging materials * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a production team * Reliable, efficient, and quality-focused Salary Range: $18-$22/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and more. This hands-on role combines laboratory sample preparation with sensory evaluation. 60% of your time will be dedicated to lab work, preparing fragrance samples and maintaining lab workflows, and the remaining 40% will be focused on high-quality sensory evaluation through disciplined smelling and data annotation. Key Responsibilities Lab Operations & Sample Preparation Prepare fragrance samples and simple mixtures across a range of application bases (e.g., blotters, solutions, laundry or personal care matrices) for sensory testing. Support packing and labeling of samples. Assist with organizing chemical inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring materials are prepared and available for testing. Assist team members with the setup and execution of sensory panels, including sample preparation and panel logistics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific field (or equivalent hands-on lab experience). Experience working in a laboratory environment, including sample preparation and adherence to safety protocols. Demonstrated olfactory acuity and the ability to perceive and differentiate odors reliably (candidates will be required to pass a sensory screening). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized protocols consistently. Ability to maintain focus during repetitive, detail-heavy tasks, including extended smelling sessions.
