Job Summary
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
Handle front desk related tasks:
o Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
o Taking info calls and tours
o Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Exterior Duties:
Uses presoak, brushes, and pressure washer to wash the exterior of the motorcoach/vehicle.
Scrubs all wheels and tires, scrubs bugs off the front of the bus, and scrubs the back of the bus for oil.
Squeegees down all windows.
Use cleaning rags to wipe down exterior windows and mirror glass.
Interior Duties:
Clean inside of vehicle to include overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels and footrests.
Clean all windows and window frames.
Sweep and mop floors of vehicle.
Clean complete lavatory area.
Clean Driver compartment area.
Other Duties:
Ensures interior supply boxes are appropriately stocked.
Ensures miscellaneous finishing touches are completed (i.e., wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned, place lost items in lost and found, spray air freshener, etc.)
Drives motorcoaches/vehicles into and out of the bay.
At end of shift, washes down all floors, hangs up all hoses, and performs all other assigned end of shift procedures.

Must be able to use power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees, etc.

Observes, evaluates, and charts patient's behaviors, symptoms, reactions to medications, diet, the environment and patient needs. Responds to patient's calls and/or requests. Prepares and administers therapies and/or treatments such as rehabilitation activities, dressing wounds, or other skin or breathing treatments. Documents care activities in patient's medical record. May collect lab specimens. Administers medications, charts time given and amounts on patient records; is aware of potential and actual adverse medication reactions and responds appropriately when such occur. Assists or collaborates with Registered Nurses in developing nursing care plans; assists in implementing care plans. Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide input into patient care planning. Interprets care and treatment plans and approaches to other personnel. Reviews charting, evaluates and reports patient care to proper persons; keeps necessary records. May prepare patients for examinations, tests, or physician visits. Monitors direct care staff; assists in training and educating direct care staff. May act as assistant to charge nurse when necessary.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Nebraska is required.
Knowledge of: Licensed Practical Nursing theory and practice, principles and techniques of patient care and treatments, medication and medication administration procedures and practices, and care and use of medical equipment and supplies. Ability to: evaluate nursing needs and to exercise competent judgment; evaluate patient behaviors, symptoms, and effects of medications; plan, monitor work of direct care staff; apply proper body mechanics for heavy lifting; communicate effectively; follow oral and written instructions in exact detail; prepare and maintain records, charts and reports; maintain a helpful and sympathetic attitude toward patients. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and push/pull occasionally up to 75 lbs. on a daily basis. Ability to frequently bend at the waist and neck and frequently twist at the waist and walk or stand up to 90% of the shift. Ability to interact with members and others in a positive manner and be flexible to meet changing demands of the job.

* Addresses patient needs during admission to the operating or endoscopy/procedure room, with attention to requirements specific to the outpatient setting
* Transports patients to the operating or endoscopy/procedure room observing policies/procedures, safety requirements, and patient needs
* Explains intraoperative phase of routine procedures and care to the patient
* Performs the circulating nurse's role and functions following approved operating and endoscopy room procedures to meet the requirements of scheduled procedures
* Prepares the operating or endoscopy/procedure room according to requirements of patient/procedure to be performed
* Assembles and provides properly functioning equipment, supplies, and instruments before start of procedure and positions and adjusts equipment as required during the procedure
* Anticipates needs of surgical team and assists anesthesia personnel by supporting patient during administration of anesthesia

* Monitors compliance with principles of aseptic technique according to accepted standards

* Inspects instruments for damage and defects; lubricates items as required

* Wraps trays and individual items according to established policy and procedure

* Correctly operates sterilizers and other equipment for processing items
* Positions items correctly in sterilizer and selects proper cycle; seeks assistance when needed

* Performs required biological/chemical monitoring tests on all sterilizers and maintains logs according to established policies and procedures
* Maintains availability of supplies for continuity of recording throughout sterilization process

* Checks for outdated items and package integrity of wrapped sterilized items; replaces as necessary
* Accurately documents count of instruments, scopes, and equipment loaned/returned to outside sources
