Core Responsibilities Treasury Management * Oversee global cash management, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure operational flexibility. * Implement best practices in financial risk management, investment strategies, and working capital optimization (Accounts Receivable, Unbilled Revenue, Inventory). * Manage debt issuance, covenant compliance, credit facilities, and short-term investments. * Optimize capital structure and financing strategies to support corporate objectives. * Establish policies for credit card spend and collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to manage vendor spend and optimize terms. * Engage with rating agencies, lender banks, and financial institutions to maintain creditworthiness and secure favorable financing. * Monitor loan covenant compliance, interest expense, and oversee Letters of Credit. * Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in treasury processes and systems. Tax Strategy * Lead global tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities with our Global tax advisors. * Ensure adherence to federal, state, and international tax regulations. * Develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize after-tax income. * Coordinate with external tax advisors for timely filings and strategic planning. Mergers & Acquisitions * Lead financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures. * Partner with the M&A team on finance related integration efforts post-acquisition, ensuring alignment of systems, processes, and culture. * Track and report on post-integration synergies to confirm realization of projected benefits. * Collaborate with executive leadership to align M&A activities with corporate growth strategy. * Manage relationships with external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, and auditors. Leadership & Collaboration * Partner with senior executives to support strategic decision-making and long-range financial planning. * Provide guidance to internal teams on treasury, tax, and M&A matters. * Create and communicate a clear vision for the Treasury, Tax organization, set goals and metrics, and implement staff development programs. Compliance & Governance * Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, including accounting standards and tax laws. * Support annual audits and provide required documentation to auditors. Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA strongly preferred; CPA or CTP certification preferred. * Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in treasury, tax, and M&A finance roles. * Demonstrated ability to lead complex transactions and integration projects. * Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyze financial statements. * Experience with liquidity management, debt and capital markets, and complex banking structures. * Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to explain complex financial topics clearly. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong financial modeling skills; Power BI experience a plus. * Experience with NetSuite preferred. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage complex problems under pressure.

    Summary: Performs inspection, maintenance, and/or restoration of transmission and distribution steel utility structures. Responsible for the direct supervision of field crews while planning, organizing, and coordinating daily field operations for various job types. Must be at least 21 years of age. Minium Qualifications: + Two years technical education or equivalent work experience + Willing and able to travel extensively. + Capable of reading and interpreting structural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the scope of work: locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required. + Be familiar with shop machinery and/or hand tools required for various tasks. + Possess good math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions. + Must Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks. + Must have good communication skills, work well under pressure, and be familiar with a production-related environment. + Able to work in an outdoor environment including traversing difficult terrain. + Be able to pass a DOT medical exam. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); possess some specialized training or at least three (3) months of related work experience. Technical Skills: Ability to effectively communicate using e-mail, read and follow maps, understand and follow complex procedures and specifications, and utilize a handheld data collection device (e.g., tablet or handheld computer). Must have strong computer skills and technical aptitude to learn Osmose software applications. Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. They must have full range of mobility in upper and lower body. The employee is frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Work tasks require eye, hand, finger, leg and foot dexterity. The position regularly works in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, cold and freezing temperatures, and exposure to poisonous plants, insects, and allergens. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with short periods of loud noise exceeding 85 decibels. Travel: Varies by customer and/or location and can include frequent and extensive overnight travel throughout one or more states for up to 3 weeks at a time. Responsibilities * Oversee design development of assigned steel structure repair projects (this includes familiarity with the entire inspection/engineering/repair workflow; coordinate all design, modeling and drafting activities utilizing in-house and subcontract engineers and drafters. * Develop and document structural calculations for steel structure repair in conformance to applicable codes, standards and customer requirements; work with fabricators and vendors to utilize the most cost-effective materials and processes on steel structure repairs. * Work with Business Development and Product Managers to develop new products and pursue/vet project opportunities; support pilot projects for all business units by providing field support, writing reports and compiling data for presentations; support R&D projects by participating in field work, performing testing, compiling data and writing reports. * Oversee field activities on assigned projects to ensure conformance with project and customer requirements. * Provide training to field personnel on new repair methodologies and techniques. * Work with the Manager of Engineering to develop drawing standards and specifications to support steel structure repair projects.
