Further, it engages in the design, engineering, inspection and treatment, repair, and construction of wood, steel, and concrete bridge structures, as well as sale of railroad products in the United States and Canada. It serves customers through a network of dealers in the United States and internationally. The company was formerly known as Osmose Wood Preserving Co. of America, Inc. Osmose Holdings, Inc. was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Buffalo, New York with manufacturing facilities in Buffalo, New York; Memphis, Tennessee; Rock Hill, South Carolina; and Tangent, Oregon, as well as Ontario, Canada. It also has facilities in Madison, Wisconsin; Atlanta, Georgia; Buffalo and Syracuse, New York; and Griffin, Georgia.
