Robert J. Klonk is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oswald Companies, one of the nation’s largest privately held and employee-owned, insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firms.

Klonk has more than 30 years of industry experience, previously serving as Oswald’s Director of Group Benefits and President, before assuming the duties of Chief Executive Officer in 2013 and Chairman in 2020.

Throughout his tenure he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the advancement and sustainability of the insurance industry at-large, and specifically as an advocate for the critical role of the independent broker and advisor. He currently serves as a board member of Assurex Global, an exclusive Partnership of the most prominent independent agents and brokers in the world.

Klonk currently serves as secretary of the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB), with additional service as a board member (2009-Present), in addition to serving as past chairman of The Council of Employee Benefits Executives in Washington D.C., and Council PAC, a Political Action Committee that serves the broker community and employers.

In addition, he exemplifies Oswald’s mission of “Commitment to Community,” serving as trustee of the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) and a board member of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the Greater Cleveland Partnership and the Cleveland Leadership Center, among various board appointments and leadership positions he has held with nonprofits throughout his career.

David Jacobs is a President and Chief Operating Officer at Oswald Companies and Member Board Of Directors at Oswald Companies and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. He has worked as Co-Director, Property & Casulaty at Oswald Companies; Regional Vice President at AIG; and Senior Casualty Underwriter at CNA Insurance. David attended University of Michigan and Fisher College of Business between 1980 and 1984.

Jennifer Morrissey is a CIO at Oswald Companies and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked as Client Delivery Manager at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Managing Director/COO at Willis Towers Watson. Jennifer attended Albright College, Harvard Business School Executive Education, and Loyola University Chicago.

Joseph DuBois is a Chief Financial Officer at Oswald Companies and is based in Chardon, Ohio. He has worked as Division CFO at Nationwide. Joseph attended Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business between 1985 and 1988.
