PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs skilled electrical work in the inspection, repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of nuclear power plant equipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Inspects, repairs, installs and removes motors, generators, transformers, switches, and electrical signal and communication systems, along with their control equipment and wiring.
Locates and repairs failures in electrical circuits and equipment.
Installs test apparatus on electrical equipment.
Documents complex electrical wiring in schematic diagrams.
Assists other maintenance and modifications crafts.
Provides training and oversight to other personnel.
Performs emergency response duties as assigned.
To be assigned as needed to support decon, housekeeping, painting, calibration, tool room work and other duties as assigned by the Company.
This position requires completion of an Electrician qualification book.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have satisfactorily completed an accredited electrical training program with a minimum of 2 years electrical experience (Trades, Manufacturing, Navy Nuclear electrical specific or an INPO accredited electrical maintenance training program).
May be subject to certification and recertification with periodic reviews if required by NRC or industry standards.
Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of this position.
Must pass a validated aptitude test.
Must meet requirement of NRC psychological testing regulations.
Must satisfactorily complete Plant Access and Radiation Safety Training, including Respirator Qualifications and maintain unescorted access.

Constellation is seeking Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become a licensed Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) supporting Nine Mile Point Generating Station located in Oswego, NY.
The primary purpose of this position is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License. Upon completion of training the candidate will be fully licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to supervise the licensed activities of licensed reactor operators in the reactor control room. They will also be trained to directly supervise bargaining unit reactor operators and equipment operators generally.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Attend Initial License Training (ILT) which includes classroom training and examination, along with on-the-job training and evaluation.
Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license in order to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.

Degree from a 4-year program or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 1.5-years as a qualified non-licensed operator or a supervisor or manager in work control, operations, engineering, outage management, maintenance, radiation protection, chemistry, or accredited training at a comparable (BWR or PWR) facility. We're looking for Telemetry RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Oswego, NY. The right RN should have 1-2 years' recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements. As a TELE Travel Nurse, you will provide care by connecting patients to machines that measure heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, as well as blood-oxygen levels and electrocardiogram information. These machines then send data to computer screens for RNs to monitor. Telemetry RNs read and interpret the data to better determine patient care.
As a TELE Travel Nurse, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
Provide basic bedside care.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
TELE Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. RNs should be able to easily lift 20 pounds. Moving or lifting of patients may require lifting of up to 50 pounds at times. RNs must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This Advocate position is a direct care position that requires a working knowledge of the Disease Concept of Chemical Dependency. The Advocate will assist residents in achieving their goals and objectives to help facilitate long-term sobriety and a lifestyle conducive to recovery. The Advocate is responsible for all regular duties of the Chemical Dependence Counselors which may include crisis intervention, transportation, supportive counseling, and overseeing other areas of personal recovery. Individuals in this position report directly to the Operational Program Coordinator.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains progress notes and other individual case records to provide a chronology of a resident's progress related to the goals established in the treatment plan and be sufficient to delineate the course and results of services.
Prepare progress reports for attorneys, court, probation department, DSS and others.
Prepare and maintain patient's case file.
Answer the telephone and relay messages in the absence of other staff.
Maintain the area in a clean and professional manner.
Conduct room searches and searches of personal property.
Provides regular support, counseling, advocacy, crisis intervention, and referral for on-going services for residents in the program.
Supervises the daily schedule and program activities of the residents.
Provides transportation for residents to appointments as needed.
Maintains a good working relationship with treatment providers, healthcare providers, social service agencies, and the criminal justice system to ensure proper documentation and supervision is provided.
Abides by the federal regulations relating to the confidentiality of resident records as set forth in 42 Code of Federal Regulations Part 2 and other applicable law.
Keeps inventory of household supplies.
Tracks the use of all medication taken by residents.
Participates in weekly staff meetings, trainings and in-service as schedule.
Facilitates education groups as schedule.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Oversee the performance of daily housekeeping activities by residents.
Administer, monitor and document resident medications.
Plan and initiate constructive leisure time activities.
Instill positive socialization and coping skills through role modeling.
Provide satisfactory exchange of information with other staff members.
Provide first aide in emergencies situations.
Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the OCO Policy and Procedure Manual.
Job Requirements:
Must have the ability to relate to residents in a warm and non-judgmental manner.
Must have thorough knowledge of chemical dependence, the treatment system and be able to relate to the population.
Refer therapeutic problems to appropriate professional staff.
Handle administrative duties requested by the Program Coordinator.
Ability to communicate effectively in a written and oral manner.
Continue professional development through agency sponsored and/or other relevant trainings.
Possess a valid New York State Drivers License.
Must be able to relate well and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Must possess good leadership skills and be able to plan and direct the work of others.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
Must have good oral and written communication skills and have effective administrative/documentation skills.
Must possess a valid New York State Drivers License with a good driving record within Agency policy and have access to a reliable vehicle for related travel and transporting residents; must complete and maintain Agency vehicle certification.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Human Services or;
High School Diploma or its equivalent and one year experience in an Alcoholism or Substance Abuse program, or;
Some equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
