Head Swim Team Coach $20/hour, 20 hours per week We are looking for a Head Swim Team Coach to join our fun swim team program at Sea Lion Aquatic Park! The Head Swim Team Coach will be responsible for the instruction and safety of participants and staff. This position reports directly to the Recreation Facilities Manager. The Head Swim Team Coach will be primarily responsible for record keeping, updating meet manager, proper use of emergency/medical treatments, supervision of participants throughout practices and swim meets, and maintaining communication with parents and participants, and other duties as determined by the Recreation Facilities Manager. Hours: Pre-season hours required in order to create lesson plans for the season. Regular season hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-10:30am from June 8th through July 18th with swim meets on some evening and weekends as scheduled.
