The Role:
Team members are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences for each customer, every time they walk through our doors. What You'll Do
Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested
Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized
Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests
Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Assist with any additional duties assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
Must be comfortable working near open flames
May be required to work in tight spaces
Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required
Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Job Description
Become a vital member of our team as a Receiving Clerk, responsible for receiving and coordinating all hotel products. The Receiving Clerk ensures that all hotel product specifications are not only met but exceeded. Additionally, they will generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products.
Receiving and Coordination: Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including but not limited to food, beverage, and general supplies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all received products adhere to the specified hotel product standards, and take corrective measures if any discrepancies are identified.
Documentation: Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming items.
Communication: Collaborate with various departments to communicate any changes or issues related to received products, fostering a seamless flow of information.
Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any delivery-related concerns.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and efficient inventory storage, implementing best practices to optimize space and minimize waste.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing products.
Qualifications
High School Graduate
Working knowledge of computer spreadsheets and Google suite
Prior experience working in warehouse environment
Needs to be able to lift at least 80lbs

General Purpose
This position is responsible for functioning as a working lead, supporting the roles of the Warehouse operations, including but not limited to: checker, forklift operator, general labor, inventory, order builder.
Duties and Responsibilities
Train, coach and provide day to day work assignment direction to team members as needed.
Act as backup support for warehouse supervisor as needed as well as backup for vacations and call-ins.
Responsible for moving product or materials in a warehouse or production environment using power tools and vehicles. Load or unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to move, restock and repack product ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation are maintained.
Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished product to designates work area.
Build orders according to load tickets using industrial power equipment or manually lifting as needed.
As needed, verify and ensure inbound and outbound load for quality and accuracy by physically counting product of vehicle. Enter inventory data in handheld or standard equipment.
Maintain required records according to record retention schedule.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Adhering to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Participate in AIB and GMP audits.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
One to 3 years of general work experience required.
One+ year prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
Ability to work in a fast pace warehouse environment is necessary.
Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment a plus.
Forklift certification is required.
Demonstrated attention to detail is a must with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills are needed.
Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with their peers, local leadership, cross functional partners and senior leadership.

Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data.
Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.

Principle Purpose of Job

Receive and log all alcoholic beverages in the liquor storeroom, verifying deliveries against invoices.
Work closely with the Shipping and Receiving Manager to ensure the processing of invoices in a timely manner.
Store all items in the correct locations, including dry storage, freezers, and coolers.
Maintain well organized storage rooms of the centralized food and beverage items - including paper products, food, liquor, beer, wine, and chemicals.
Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to ensure product freshness.
Record and report any damaged or missing items to Shipping and Receiving Manager, ensuring proper documentation for vendor credits.
Support completion of monthly inventory counts of the Shipping and Receiving Department.
Deliver products and goods to various non-F&B departments as needed.
Secure all shipping and receiving inventory items under lock and key.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.

JOB SUMMARY:
Perform and oversee daily operations to provide support to the District warehouse and inventory operations. Coordinate the receipt, fill, deliver, and processing of warehouse requisitions and purchase orders to District facilities and other locations as necessary. Manage and receive stock, process purchase orders, and monitor warehouse vehicles to comply with the Department of Transportation safety guidelines and District policies and standards.
