Summary
This position will be responsible for leading, directing and managing the Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement (CI) program to advance the business in the region and result in cost and or quality improvements.
The role leads across multiple plants in an operations region. They apply knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to direct, lead and support multi-disciplinary improvement processes that require evaluation, planning, implementation and follow up. Inspects the quality of work-in-progress from previous workstations by examining alignment and proper fit following a defined standard. Escalate discrepancies when issues occur.

Assists with gathering information on items such as takt time cycles, measurement of tolerances, occurrence of line defects, evaluation of safe and quality work methods, etc.

Operates a variety of handheld and power-assisted tools, and production fixtures.

Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
Schedules first service appointment
Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, "we-owes", and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Reviews and analyzes personal performance at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
Attends sales meetings.
Maintains professional appearance.
