Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for the following tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
* Pack product or parts into shipping cartons according to the operating instruction.
* Follow all order specifications with attention to small detail including adhering a label on a specific location of the carton, using the appropriate carton and/or poly liner for packaging as required, ensuring that the product is facing the correct direction inside the carton, sealing the carton using a designated method, etc.
* Stack pallets properly while using the proper size skids for carton stacking.
* Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections with various hand measurement tools.
* Identify basic quality issues and make accept/reject decisions based upon the Boundary Board and Quality Standard.
* Use basic to average trouble shooting skills and gain job knowledge and experience to identify and communicate basic problems when forming parts. This includes recognizing a variety of forming conditions such as webbing, cold roll, etc.

General Position Description
The Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) ensures the maximum safety performance and awareness of everyone associated with the project by overseeing the administration of all safety and health policies and procedures established in the Conti Safety, Health, and Environmental Program.
This position is also responsible for the implementation of the project Site Safety and Health Plans. The SSHO will work closely with all levels of management to analyze safety trends and will be the lead on facilitating ways to improve safety on the project.

Implements company programs to reduce the risk of loss due to employee injury, regulatory non-compliance, general liability, fire, theft, or damage.
Researches and reviews safety and health supplies and equipment to obtain the best quality and best price.
Monitors safety and health performance through jobsite inspections, work procedure analysis, and other appropriate methods. Recommends corrective action, where required.
Ensures site compliance with Federal, State, and Local, safety and health regulations, and all aspects of the Safety and Health Plans and Programs.

General Position Description
The Project Engineer works with the Project Team and our Field Management to construct a safe and quality project, while beating the estimate budgets, improving the total Operating Profit margin over the original bid, and building a strong customer relationship.
This position is responsible for subcontractor management, submittals, buyout, great client relations and cost estimation.
Responsibilities
Complies with safety procedures/policies and addresses and/or elevates non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
Supports the Quality personnel and the project through the use of the Quality Management System.
Develops various construction means and methods with the Superintendent and/or Project Manager to optimize safety, cost, equipment utilization, schedule efficiency, and communication with the client.
Manages/reviews all foremen's reports daily to ensure all information is properly recorded before any income, cost, or inventory entry.
Monitors material yields and modifies operations to minimize waste.
Assists the buyout process, writes the requisition, and communicates all required information to the Project Team.
Takes a site walk each day to monitor the project's progress and to remain fully aware of any developing issues.
Assists the preparation of the 12-month cash flow schedule
Reviews and understands the extra work billing format. Updates all budgets to incorporate owner change orders.
Oversees subcontractors and holds the subcontractors accountable to their agreement. Attends the subcontractor coordination meetings to provide updates to schedules, drawings, and specifications.
Produces and manages project submittals, shop drawings, and material certifications (submittal log or Expedition) so all are submitted and approved prior to the start of work.
Actively participates in the development of the Four Week Look Ahead schedules with the Superintendents using basic logic to incorporate resources, submittals, approvals, lead times, restraints, and milestones.
Participates in relevant daily huddles to ensure the projects are expeditiously and profitably constructed Establishes excellent working and professional relationships with the clients and their representatives and/or field inspectors.
Participates in recruiting and interviewing candidates.
Participates in Business Development activities to promote the company's brand and services.
Qualifications
For Security Clearance Requirements - must be a US Citizen.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field with three or more years of experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Background in project start-up meetings, sub-contractor and vendor by-outs, owner estimates, sub / vendor requisitions and cost-to-completes.
Must have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills.

General Purpose:
Responsible for providing outstanding lending and member service while actively encouraging and educating members on utilization of ITMs and other credit union products and services.
Starting Pay: $19.84
(may increase depending on relevant experience)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome members to the Branch and guide them to the ITMs when appropriate. Provide education for using the ITMs.
Responsible for performing teller transactions, when appropriate, to include but not limited to change orders and business deposits.
Perform member service tasks on a daily basis to include but not limited to: opening new consumer memberships, new youth memberships, maintenance of all account types, credit card applications, assisting members with online banking support, instant issue and member select PIN requests, quick draw loans, wire transfers, notaries, ordering checks, address and phone number updates, opening certificates and sub share accounts, changing account types, funding both personal and auto loans, and closing memberships.
Responsible for providing information and taking applications for a variety of consumer loans including auto and recreational vehicle loans, personal loans, credit cards, and secured loans following Credit Union procedures and policies. Follow-up and maintain pending loan queue. Maintain loan information and follow-up documentation. Assist members with loan payment issues.
Remain current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments that may affect the Teller, Member Services, and Lending functions.
Responsible for obtaining clear title to collateral and dealing knowledgably with all title and CPI issues. Assist members with CPI issues.
Educate and inform members of all BHFCU products and services, and cross-sell when applicable, using the ENGAGE model. Make referrals when appropriate.
Performance expectations to meet appropriate production goals.
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain account accuracy by working various reports, workflows, and projects as requested.
When applicable, request members to bring accounts positive and to maintain minimum balance requirements. Request members make payments on delinquent loans or over-the-limit-credit card balances.
Provide coverage at other Branch locations, in the contact center, or through other channels as needed.
Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations with the direction of the Branch Manager or Market VP.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Occasional travel to one of BHFCU's branch locations or attendance at community events may be required.
Job requires limited physical effort. It is primarily a desk assignment. Work is performed within a highly structured and closely supervised environment. Ability to function in a fast-paced area.
