Not overwhelming or micromanaging; the initialcorporate culture was so productive and it really resulted in tremendous interdepartmental communication and increased efficiency.
Without speaking ill of the company I dedicated 10 years to, there are some red flags about the longevity of the company. We have had a high executive turnover-minus-a-replacement string.
I was given the opportunity to demonstrate without a doubt my competency and ability to self-motivate; and I thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments. I had a great support team obviously, but I am proud of the community atmosphere and fun while enjoyed while hitting our goals at top quality, of course.
