We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56 skilled and transitional care units.
Position available will be part-time as needed and may include some weekend shifts:
* 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. - part-time
A Dishwasher is responsible for a variety of dining services related duties, including washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishware and pots and pans, handling refuse and recycling, cleaning and sanitizing, and floor cleaning.

Metro micro will operate between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Performance and Goal Achievement
a. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy and revenue goals as outlined by your manager.
b. Manage the full sales cycle-from initial inquiry through signed lease and move-in-with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
c. Convert qualified leads through consistent follow-up, consultative selling, and strategic relationship-building.
d. Track personal sales activity and results through the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
e. Participate in regular sales meetings and performance reviews to refine strategies and maintain accountability to goals.
2. Lead Management and Prospect Engagement

3. Move-In Coordination and Resident Experience
a. Partner closely with internal departments (Dining, Housekeeping, Life Enrichment, Maintenance, and Nursing) to ensure a seamless and positive move-in experience for prospective residents and their families.
b. Coordinate logistics and timelines leading up to move-in, ensuring that apartments are prepared and ready, and all necessary details are communicated.
c. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families through the decision and commitment stage, providing consistent communication, timely follow-up, and exceptional customer experience.
d. Once the prospect commits to moving in, facilitate a formal handoff to the Housing Director for lease signing and onboarding. This includes ensuring that all required information, documentation, and expectations are clearly communicated to the Housing Director so they can complete the necessary agreements and resident onboarding steps.
e. After the handoff, the Housing Director will assume responsibility for completing the lease signing, coordinating final documentation and financial requirements, and introducing the new residents to the appropriate team members, programs, and resident groups to promote integration into the community.
f. Collaborate with the Housing Director post-move to confirm resident satisfaction and ensure feedback loops to continuously improve the move-in and onboarding experience.
4. CRM Utilization and Sales Reporting
a. Accurately record all interactions, tours, and outcomes in the CRM system.
b. Use CRM data to prioritize follow-ups, manage pipeline activity, and forecast move-ins.
c. Generate weekly sales reports by Monday at noon and updates on sales activity, conversion rates, and progress toward occupancy goals per the outline.
5. Collaboration and Professional Development
a. Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing, Regional Sales Manager and Director of Community Relations to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy.
b. Partner with other Campus sales, admissions and outreach leaders to ensure collaboration and best outcomes for Sholom.
c. Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and senior living best practices.
d. Demonstrate Sholom's PROUD service standards through professional conduct, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction.
e. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development to enhance sales performance and industry expertise.

The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for providing quality clinical nutritional care and programs for residents consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will focus in the following areas:
* Implement the established nutritional care programs: Assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, evaluation, and education based upon regulations and established nutritional best practices.
* Implement and maintain procedures and documentation for residents determined at nutritional risk according to facility protocol.
* Monitor the nutritional components of the medical record for completeness and accuracy.
* Attend resident care conferences and contribute nutritional care information and care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team regarding nutritional concerns.
* Conduct patient education with patient and family as needed.
* Implement specialized/modified diets as ordered by a physician; maintain a system to ensure accuracy of diet orders and specialized/modified diet implementation.
* Oversee in meal preparation and service as designated on site.
* Assist the culinary department in coordinating recipe development and standardization/development of menus.
* Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
* Review menus as designated by facility for nutritional adequacy, palatability, presentation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Licensed under the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice.
Experience: 1+ year experience required working in a skilled nursing facility setting.

SUMMARY
The Healthcare IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing senior living and clinical application solutions that precisely align with the organization's healthcare needs. This role ensures that new solutions are adopted smoothly by clinical and operational staff, and that support teams are fully equipped to maintain and support these solutions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Solution Design & Deployment
Analyze clinical and operational requirements to design application solutions tailored to senior living and healthcare environments.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education, Experience and Credentials

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Performance and Goal Achievement
a. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual occupancy and revenue goals as outlined by your manager.
b. Manage the full sales cycle-from initial inquiry through signed lease and move-in-with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
c. Convert qualified leads through consistent follow-up, consultative selling, and strategic relationship-building.
d. Track personal sales activity and results through the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
e. Participate in regular sales meetings and performance reviews to refine strategies and maintain accountability to goals.
2. Lead Management and Prospect Engagement

3. Move-In Coordination and Resident Experience
a. Partner closely with internal departments (Dining, Housekeeping, Life Enrichment, Maintenance, and Nursing) to ensure a seamless and positive move-in experience for prospective residents and their families.
b. Coordinate logistics and timelines leading up to move-in, ensuring that apartments are prepared and ready, and all necessary details are communicated.
c. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families through the decision and commitment stage, providing consistent communication, timely follow-up, and exceptional customer experience.
d. Once the prospect commits to moving in, facilitate a formal handoff to the Housing Director for lease signing and onboarding. This includes ensuring that all required information, documentation, and expectations are clearly communicated to the Housing Director so they can complete the necessary agreements and resident onboarding steps.
e. After the handoff, the Housing Director will assume responsibility for completing the lease signing, coordinating final documentation and financial requirements, and introducing the new residents to the appropriate team members, programs, and resident groups to promote integration into the community.
f. Collaborate with the Housing Director post-move to confirm resident satisfaction and ensure feedback loops to continuously improve the move-in and onboarding experience.
4. CRM Utilization and Sales Reporting
a. Accurately record all interactions, tours, and outcomes in the CRM system.
b. Use CRM data to prioritize follow-ups, manage pipeline activity, and forecast move-ins.
c. Generate weekly sales reports by Monday at noon and updates on sales activity, conversion rates, and progress toward occupancy goals per the outline.
5. Collaboration and Professional Development
a. Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Marketing, Regional Sales Manager and Director of Community Relations to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy.
b. Partner with other Campus sales, admissions and outreach leaders to ensure collaboration and best outcomes for Sholom.
c. Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and senior living best practices.
d. Demonstrate Sholom's PROUD service standards through professional conduct, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction.
