RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures smooth and steady kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing areas organized. Manages tasks efficiently to maintain kitchen workflow. Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Restocks kitchen and cooking line as needed throughout the shift. Performs routine cleaning of the kitchen and assists with general cleaning tasks, as needed. Clear understanding of dish machine operations, including its chemical components, and follows proper procedures for changing water and chemicals as needed. Keeps the floors clean and dry.
