Student life at St. Lawrence is rich in creative arts offerings. A theatre, a fine art gallery and a performing arts center are just some examples. Additional student life options include athletic teams and student organizations. Admission to St. Lawrence is fairly competitive, with less than 40% of applicants getting accepted yearly. While the SAT scores of many admitted students are quite high, submission of such scores is optional.
