What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you'll work under our Landscape Install Division Leader to help complete a variety of outdoor installation projects. You'll be hands-on, outside, and working with a solid crew that knows how to get things done while keeping the atmosphere positive. You don't need tons of experience-just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Mulch installation
Stump grinding
Land grading and prep
Turf (artificial or sod) installation
River rock and gravel bed installs
General landscape cleanup and detail work

Position Summary:
The Service Admin handles customer inbound and outbound calls, primarily with customers post-sale, but also answers general company questions for internal and external customers. This role schedules customer service calls and other customer service activities as needed. This position is required to review completed service tickets from the field for quality assurance.

Assist Conserva Irrigation franchisees in running their business efficiently and profitably by training and supporting the operational functions of the business in a manner consistent with the operating systems of the franchise.
Hold Conserva Irrigation franchisees accountable to the Brand standard in areas such as field operations, employee apparel, truck wrap and appearance, marketing collateral and client communication and follow-up.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Lawn Maintenance Team Lead to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing with the goal of creating a beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers as well as managing a weekly route and a team of 2-3 employees.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 2-3 person crew.
Efficiently run a weekly service route
Efficiently run the company software
Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers.
Operate vehicles or powered equipment
Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
Gather and remove litter
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Past experience as a Lawn Care professional is required.
Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
Willing to work in all weather elements
