Actually recruits staff then puts them in a corner and forgets about them then fires them for incompetence

Some staff were actually nice. Others were a horrid example of cruelty

Horrible-had no idea what they were doing

Hire seasoned staff that are actually there to make the place better rather than sitting in your private office with your nose in the air

I was recruited by manager but since other staff didn’t agree I was DOA

Below average

No issue nothing about this place brought “joy” - just a bunch of vindictive xxx.

Doing a good job and being part of at team -which didn’t exist here

Some of the staff is very compassionate and are doing the best they can.

Most are not earning a living wage. Management heavy who are not suportive.

Federally funded non profit, Expanded Drug and Alcohol treatment programs (and still growing), Expanded Mental Health and Behavioal Health programs (and still growing)

Top Heavy upper management with constant consistent turnover. Don't misunderstand, I've been here many years and love what we do and who we do it for, there is a significant imbalance between the # of high salaried administrative positions and the administrative support staff. We have a fantastic incredible CEO who unfortunately is retiring in a few months. She has brought on quite a few incredible people over the years who have/had set some really good ideas in motion, but then they leave before they come to fruition. I love Outer Cape Health Services and I love our community. But I wish upper management would "look down" more often and "truly see" what is needed and wanted by the team that supports them.
