Charles oversees worldwide operations for the Attachmate Group. He brings more than 16 years of experience in strategic, financial and operational leadership. Previously, Charles served as SVP of corporate development, then CFO for Vignette Corporation. Before Vignette, Charles was a Principal in the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley.

Donald Massaro is responsible for managing Rainmaker’s overall operations and driving company strategy. A renowned Silicon Valley entrepreneur and leader, Don has a 30 year track record of successfully leading both public and privately-held cutting-edge technology-based companies, and bringing innovative products to market. Prior to Rainmaker, Massaro held the position of CEO of Sendmail, a leader in messaging infrastructure serving the world’s largest corporations. Mr. Massaro has been a founder and CEO of six Silicon Valley technology companies including Reconnex, Yotta Navigation, Silicon Gaming, Inversion Development Corp, Metaphor Computer Systems and Shugart.

Tayloe Stansbury has more than 35 years of experience building scalable technology platforms and organizations across a number of leading companies. He currently serves as CEO of Kaleidescape, the leader in products and content that enable the finest home cinema experience. He previously served as interim CEO of Watermark Insights; and prior to that served as executive vice president and chief technology officer at Intuit, where he was responsible for all product engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and information technology. Tayloe also previously served as chief information officer at VMware. Earlier, he was executive vice president of Ariba, where he led product management, engineering, hosting and customer support. Tayloe currently serves on the board of directors of Watermark Insights LLC, Kaleidescape Inc., and Trelly Group, Inc. (formerly DeShong, LLC). He previously served on the board of directors of Blue Jeans Network, Inc. and Shutterfly Inc., as well as for several nonprofit organizations, including Harvey Mudd College. Tayloe graduated with honors in applied mathematics from Harvard University.
