Outlook Group is a local manufacturing company that specializes in the printing of labels, folding cartons, flexible packaging and also does contract packaging work. In this position you will be moving materials in our warehouse using either a sit down or stand up forklift and providing inventory support.
In this position you will be bringing product to our production lines, moving finished product from our lines to the warehouse, and keeping track of the needs of production to ensure that all of the operations have the product they need in a timely manner. This position could include picking orders in our warehouse using a forklift, but will be focused on moving material. You must be able to accurately find orders in a timely manner.
This is a 3rd shift opportunity working:
* Sunday-Thursday from 10pm-6am
* may need to work the occasional weekend to support production
Duties and responsibilities:
* Use a sit-down, stand up and/or picker forklift
* Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed
* Use a pick list to pick product and count product needed for run
* With the use of a scan gun, scan pallets and transport to its holding area within the warehouse
* Change forklift batteries, as needed
* Provide inventory support
* Ensure proper operating procedures (SOP's) are followed
* Support production needs to a high level
* Ensure a clean and safe work area
* Conduct any other given duties assigned by supervisor
Qualified Applicants will have:

About The Opportunity
The Commercial Counsel is responsible for leading the commercial contracting efforts for ORBIS Corporation and its subsidiaries (ORBIS). The Commercial Counsel will provide legal advice and guidance to business unit client groups, particularly Procurement/Sourcing, Product Management, and Sales. Responsibilities * Works safely and follows all related policies and programs to assure a safe working environment. * Responsible for correct reporting of time, production and material usage. * Checks paper on hand against what is needed for each production run to ensure shortages are prevented
* Reports irregularities, maintenance needs and quality problems to the Team Operations Manager
* Assists crew in startup, running, changing over and cleaning up the machine
* Setting up and adjusting glue machine
* Preparing rolls for roll stands and proper placement based on production schedule
* Bring rolls from storage area to machine using roll clamp truck
* Using a computer system, sets stacker controls including length, stack count, etc.
* Monitor adhesive system for proper operation and quality
* Monitor and maintain plant scrap baler system
* Using a ruler, verify dimensions on corrugated board to ensure a quality product
* Troubleshoots machine issues and make recommendations on improving the process
* Keeps work area clean and orderly
* Other job tasks and projects as assigned
This position requires a self-motivated individual willing to work safely in a team based system. They need to have the ability to schedule their work, prioritize their work load, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. A desire for continuous improvement and quality workmanship are required to meet our customers increasing demands.
Qualifications
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Previous machine operations experience in manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
* Candidates must be able to work all shifts including rotating and/or straight night shift. Overtime including weekends will be required.
* Good human relations skills and strong verbal communication skills are required.
* Work as a team to accomplish daily tasks.

About The Opportunity
As a supply chain intern your goal will be to collect and analyze data to improve Menasha's supply chain operations. In this role, you will help to drive process improvement for the Menasha organization and the leading global consumer packaged goods companies that we serve as our customers. You will learn how to identify areas in the supply chain that could be improved and implement solutions using data analysis that will help to more effectively serve our customers. It is also expected that the solutions you propose will be cost-effective and considerate of Menasha's production capacity. Candidate to be currently pursing degree in Supply Chain Management and/or related degree that is available to work in our Neenah, WI office.
Essential to this Position
o Must have a strong desire to drive improvement and be able to analyze planning systems, functions and daily operations.
o Understanding of how to pull, analyze and record supply chain data; ability to develop new tools to gather data is a plus.
o Develop a working knowledge of the tools available for controlling and optimizing a supply chain.
o Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Maintaining effective communication when faced competing deadlines is required.
o Learn SAP and become proficient in MRP generated demand planning.
o Improve Menasha's “execution within the most complex supply chains in the world
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
o Experience using SAP or other MRP system is preferred, but not required
o Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel to perform data analysis
o Ability to assist with managing manufacturing capacity within a multi‐state region
o Solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility
o Knowledge of how to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods
Education
Pursuing post-secondary degree.
