The technician will actively participate in crisis intervention and management, helping to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support to patients experiencing emotional distress. Ultimately, the Behavioral Health Technician contributes to improving patient outcomes by fostering a therapeutic environment and supporting the multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services. Certification or training in behavioral health, mental health, or related area is required.
