Shift: Monday-Friday hours varying from 8:30am-530pm Job Schedule: Part Time Weekly Hours: up to 20 The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) position implements direct behavior analytic services, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) for children and young adults with autism. This position provides direct one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community or school setting.

As an Addiction Counselor, you will provide individuals opportunity for recovery management so they can live and work independently in their home community.
In a typical week, you will complete ASAM level of care screenings and assist in developing integrated service plans. You will provide individual, family, and group counseling. You will provide crisis intervention and risk assessments in the office and in the community. Also, you will provide education and consult to families, community, interns, and residents.

West Central Behavioral Health Clinic - Bismarck, ND - Functional Family Therapist * Sign on Bonus available* is eligible for a 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary. As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.
This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians.
This position is located in Bismarck, ND and may be eligible for hybrid or in-office/remote work.
Typical work schedule includes evenings and the ability to be flexible to meet the scheduling needs of families. Most therapists can build their full-time schedules around their caseload to create an alternate work schedule leaving time for family, schooling, or self-care. We also offer flexibility for classes, internship possibilities within our organization, and the availability for licensure supervision.
To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable working with adolescents and families, using cultural responsivity and trauma informed practice. You should also have effective interpersonal and relationships skills and be able to individualize program interventions to utilize adolescent/family strengths.
To be considered for this position, you are required to have:
* a master's degrees in Social Work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC.
* OR masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy AND licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy
* OR a masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with eligibility for licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.
* OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.
We will consider filling this position at a reduced pay rate and you are required to have:
* a master's degree in Social Work and ND licensure as an LMSW licensure. OR a master's degree in Counseling and ND licensure as an LPC licensure.
* OR a master's degrees in Counseling and ND licensure as an LAPC licensure, as well as be within two years of LPCC licensure. Details regarding licensure status and the number of training hours already obtained must be submitted with the application.
This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
