Compensation

Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain an average caseload of 25 clients per week and are eligible for benefits.

What you'll be doing:
The Milieu Therapist is a licensed therapist who facilitates skills groups and psychotherapy groups based on core curriculum, provides meal monitoring and meal support, and offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care.

Provides specialized services peculiar to the scheduled activity; recreation/play, art media/self expression, physical exercise in keeping with the Program schedule of events. Seeks and/or takes direction from senior professional staff in observing or directing patient behavior. Seeks opportunities to consistently provide patients with verbal feedback upon their behavior and its effects upon others.
