Already Autism Health is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior health Technicians (BHTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism! RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. RBTs work under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement a variety of strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.
