We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about working with children and looking for a flexible, meaningful opportunity. Position Summary: The Pediatric Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children from infancy through adolescence with a range of physical conditions. This role also includes developing individualized treatment plans and providing clinical supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), scheduled according to your availability. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of pediatric patients Create and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and motor skills Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic activities Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, and physicians Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Stay informed on the latest pediatric physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Florida PT license in good standing Florida Medicaid provider number (or eligibility to apply) Experience working with pediatric populations with diverse physical disabilities Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to patient-centered, family-focused care Why Join Us?
