This position has On-Call rotation responsibilities and eligible for Emergency Overtime and On-Call pay and is eligible for a $6,000 hiring bonus in accordance with the County's Hiring and Retention Bonus Program. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree; license eligible within one (1) year of hire or possess professional licensure through the VA Department of Health Professions Board as a: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP). Two (2) years of professional experience working with individuals who have a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis, which may include internship experience. Preferred Qualification (s): Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Job Contingencies and Special Requirements Must be able to wear N-95 mask and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face shield, mask, apron, gown, gloves, etc. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing pre-employment background check to include fingerprinting, credit, NCIC, DMV and TB test. Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
