Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Therapist (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT) with experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders to join our outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about working with individuals who experience a history of substance use disorders, disordered eating, as well as other co-occurring mental health challenges (GAD, MDD, PTSD, etc.).
The clinician will provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy as needed using evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of each member. This position will see individuals who have gained a period of sobriety from substances and are interested in improving their relationship with food, their disordered eating, and their cross-addictions. The ideal candidate will bring empathy, clinical expertise, and a strong understanding of the connection between addiction, disordered eating, and trauma.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing eating disorders, substance use, and co-occurring concerns.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Family Systems, etc.).
Address issues related to cross-addiction, body image, and emotional regulation in collaboration with the treatment team.
Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, dietitians, nursing staff, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure integrated care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education activities.
Provide psychoeducation and support to members and families around recovery, relapse prevention, and holistic well-being.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Active clinical license in the state of practice: LPC, LMSW, or LMFT (provisional licensure considered).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience treating eating disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
Experience with trauma-informed and co-occurring disorder treatment.

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Therapist (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT) with experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders to join our outpatient clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about working with individuals who experience a history of substance use disorders, disordered eating, as well as other co-occurring mental health challenges (GAD, MDD, PTSD, etc.).
The clinician will provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy as needed using evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of each member. This position will see individuals who have gained a period of sobriety from substances and are interested in improving their relationship with food, their disordered eating, and their cross-addictions. The ideal candidate will bring empathy, clinical expertise, and a strong understanding of the connection between addiction, disordered eating, and trauma.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing eating disorders, substance use, and co-occurring concerns.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Family Systems, etc.).
Address issues related to cross-addiction, body image, and emotional regulation in collaboration with the treatment team.
Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, dietitians, nursing staff, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure integrated care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education activities.
Provide psychoeducation and support to members and families around recovery, relapse prevention, and holistic well-being.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Active clinical license in the state of practice: LPC, LMSW, or LMFT (provisional licensure considered).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience treating eating disorders and/or substance use disorders preferred.
Experience with trauma-informed and co-occurring disorder treatment.
