They set up systems that allow for consistency of evaluation and treatment for patients who see more than one acupuncturist here, to allow for maximum benefit and patient care. I can show up and focus 100% on my patient care while they handle the other aspects of running the business. Our schedules are full with waitlists, and the work feels very secure and abundant. They *genuinely* welcome feedback, set realistic goals and bring clarity and care into all communications. I feel that I have the opportunity to really focus on patient care and deepening my knowledge and skills without needing to do the extras/business end such as: scheduling, insurance billing, front desk, clinic cleaning, laundry, marketing, and excessive meetings. I also love that Solis has a larger vision for the role of acupuncturists in the healthcare system which I align with and that these women take steps towards this constantly. Working at Solis has allowed me to do what I went to school to do- patient care- and do it with full support." -Sarah Popp, L.Ac
