Customize treatment programs to meet the needs of individual client. Actively contribute to client care, staffing conferences and other related meetings. Supervise supportive personnel in accordance with state and professional standards. Conduct training programs and participate in training medical, nursing and other personnel in physical therapy techniques and objectives.
