    The Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) responsibilities include managing a caseload of clients using evidence-based/ person centered principles to develop, implement and coordinate an occupational therapy program. This individual will provide screening, evaluation and treatment to clients to assist them in gaining functional skills. The OTR/L will select the activities most appropriate to the client. Service provisions may include direct, monitored and consultative approaches. Problems that arise in the treatment program are expected to be resolved independently. The OTR/L will maintain a caseload of 75% productivity providing OT services to clients. The OTR/L is expected to provide services that place the highest priority on the ethical delivery of therapy with the best interests of the clients at the center of his/her efforts.
