Primary Responsibilities 1. Provides individual occupational therapy in a variety of inclusive and natural settings according to the best practice standards of the profession. 2. Delivers at least 85 % of planned services to infants and toddlers and their families on a monthly basis. 3. Participates in the transdisciplinary team assessment, does practice specific evaluations and types the reports of assessments and evaluations by the next business day. 4. Helps develop family friendly/routines based strategies with family and other team members based on results of assessment and/or evaluation. 5. Writes progress notes at the time of service that contain all essential elements and are comprehensible and family friendly; submits by the next business day. 6. Participates with the transdisciplinary team in Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings. 7. Helps train other staff, families, and other community partners such as Early Head Start teachers, to implement the strategies developed in the IFSP. 8. Provides families with consultation and therapy services in the home and other natural settings. 9. Evaluates for and develops assistive technology/adaptive equipment to assist EC! consumers in daily living skills and promoting independence. 10. Is knowledgeable about community resources and services delivery systems. 11. Assists with transition activities when necessary. 12.
