Training Schedule & Certification Requirements At Opal Autism Centers, we provide paid, structured training designed to prepare every new team member for success as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). All new hires are compensated at a flat training rate of $11.00/hour (non-negotiable) during this period. Once the RBT certification is obtained, and client sessions begin, the pay rate will increase to the agreed upon rate within the employment offer letter.
