This position is responsible for screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing and treatment of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with standard physical therapy practices. In addition, this position is responsible for consulting, educating, and training patients, families, and caregivers and for collaborating with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient centered care.

Documentation and Billing: Keeps thorough and timely patient records as required by regulations and facility policies. Completes patient billing accurately and promptly.

Patient Care and Supervision: Manages all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students to ensure high-quality care.
Continuing Education: Participates in and promotes continuing education opportunities for self and staff, seeking new learning opportunities according to licensure requirements.
Quality Improvement: Engages in quality improvement processes, including safe equipment use, improving clinical outcomes, patient access, patient experience and all aspects of the Intermountain Operating Model. Participates in utilization review audits.
Meetings: Participates in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, staff meetings, and necessary professional and work groups in collaboration/consensus with leader.

Support staff development by facilitating training on a variety of topics that could enhance the work staff do with clients as well as training and support for trauma informed practices, secondary trauma for service providers, self- care etc.
Assist the staff manager in conducting regular staff meetings and training to promote consistent delivery of services and to provide pertinent training.
Maintain weekend staff schedule, meet with staff monthly to provide support and feedback for on-going development and thoroughly document meetings.
Support the volunteer coordinator and help manage volunteer activities that include front desk staff and clients.
Monitor and ensure required staff coverage for program efficiency, licensure compliance, client, staff and facility safety.
Licensing, agency, and contract compliance
Utilize appropriate licensing, agency, and contract requirements to guide daily program operations and program development.

You Will:

Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

Core Responsibilities: As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be facilitating skills groups designed to help our clients achieve their treatment goals. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting services, maintaining healthy boundaries, and ensuring client safety. About Providence House: Providence House offers a range of specialized addiction treatment services, including adult residential care, outpatient programs, individualized and group counseling, comprehensive drug and alcohol evaluations, and personalized treatment planning.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, documenting substance use history and evaluating physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual impacts to inform treatment recommendations.
Develop and effectively implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies, facilitating clear communication of observations, treatment recommendations, and patient progress evaluations.
Regularly monitor patient adherence to treatment plans, assessing goal achievement and making necessary adjustments.
Facilitate educational sessions and group counseling focused on addiction and recovery.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic notes.
Obtain necessary releases of information, ensuring compliance with federal confidentiality regulations (42 CFR) when communicating with clients, families, guardians, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Addiction Counselor in the state.
