Staff management
Participate in hiring, performance evaluations and disciplinary processes of Behavioral Health Technicians.

Licensing, agency, and contract compliance

Education and Experience
Master's degree in mental health field from an accredited college or university

Utah licensure should be obtained within one year of hire; NAT-SU will reimburse any fees associated with obtaining a Utah license to practice.
