Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions in a clinical setting. Assess survivors' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Document treatment progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers as needed. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state and federal regulations. Offer crisis intervention when necessary. Participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Active Florida state license (LMSW, LMHC) required. Current Professional Liability Insurance (Malpractice Insurance) is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing mental health therapy, preferably in a non-profit or community mental health setting. Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines. Ability to work with diverse populations and address complex clinical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and survivor-focused approach to therapy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families.
