Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on, active rehabilitation for patients with TBI, post-concussive symptoms, and neurologic functional impairments. Perform comprehensive assessments addressing balance, vestibular function, cervical biomechanics, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and functional mobility. Provide vestibular therapy including gaze stabilization, habituation exercises, balance training, and canalith repositioning techniques when indicated. Implement individualized treatment plans incorporating physical therapy, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and occupation-based strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including neurologists, occupational therapists, neuropsychologists, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure cohesive patient care. Record clear, accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory and organizational standards. Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety, pacing strategies, and return-to-work/return-to-activity protocols. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in TBI rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and functional neurorehabilitation. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), or Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active state license in good standing (or license eligibility). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, or related fields. Education and Experience * Master's degree in mental health or social sciences. * Minimum of one year of counseling and a registered intern with the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker. * Bilingual (Spanish and English) highly preferred to meet the diverse needs of the community. Physical Demands/Working Conditions Physical Requirement: This position regularly requires the ability to sit for sustained periods of time and to effectively communicate and assess clients, using verbal and nonverbal cues. This position also requires the ability to operate office equipment. Working Conditions: Duties are performed primarily in an office setting. On occasion will require the use of transportation to travel to meetings and could be exposed to changing weather. The noise level is quiet. Travel: Occasional Hours: Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which may include mornings, afternoons and/or evenings. May include Saturday service hours. May require working at multiple service locations.
