Perfect for college students as there is time to study while on shift, as long as all duties are complete!
Looking for the following shifts:
3pm-11pm (We are seeking an individual to float between the 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm shifts as needed)
11pm-7am - Must have the availability to work every other weekend.
Monitor duties as follows.
1. Provide direct support to programs, personnel and clients as required by assigned program
2. Provide non-professional services to clients to increase quality of service
3. Provide support and problem resolution for programs, personnel, and corporation
4. Collaborative interaction with colleagues to increase harmony and high productivity
5. Make efforts to increase fluidity and efficiency of the program assigned
6. Assure safety and supervision of clients and make scheduling arrangements
7. Accurate and honest documentation and timely submission and all other paperwork assigned
8. Maintain clean working areas to a high level of professional cleanliness
9. Maintain integrity by doing what is right even not being observed
10. Conduct self in professional manner in dress, language, and demeanor and refrain from outside activities that would be considered unprofessional
11. Protect confidentiality of clients, uphold Professional values and follow policy and procedure, refrain from outside contact with clients
12. Improve the lives of clients and colleagues and present with a positive and professional attitude toward investing in the clients and corporation
13. Other duties as assigned

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The PhysicalTherapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.

Stay informed about current research, best practices, and changes in state regulations related to mental health services.
Qualifications:
State certification as a Clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, or similar) in the state of Idaho.
Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
Extensive experience providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals, preferably in a community-based setting.
In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health concerns.
Familiarity with Idaho state regulations and requirements for mental health service delivery.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide, mentor, and support a team of support service workers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We are looking for a PhysicalTherapist (PT) for an immediate travel opening in Harve De Grace, MD. The right PT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted. Read below for additional requirements.
As a PT, you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
Tasks
As a PT, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:
• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines
Requirements
Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply. Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
PhysicalTherapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
