Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), or Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active state license in good standing (or license eligibility). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, or related fields.
