How you'll contribute
A Therapist who excels in this role:
Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
Displays active involvement in treatment planning process
Provides family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups
Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources
Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment
Works well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members
Demonstrates active communication with team members
Effectively communicates to UR on treatment and LOS issues
Completes appropriate paperwork for clients in a timely, accurate and complete manner
Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
Acts as a member of team with crisis situation occurs, assisting others to ensure patient safety
Completes accurate assessments of patients utilizing clinical skills
Assists care coordination department as requested
Completes all documentation thoroughly, timely, and in accordance with hospital standards
Displays a thorough knowledge of confidentiality
Completes releases appropriately
Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA regulations and abides by those standards
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all clinical regulations, including TJC, Medicaid, and state and federal laws
Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment processes Other duties as assigned

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Treatment Therapist to join our team for our Clackamas County region. The Residential Treatment Therapist will serve as a role model through the provision of recovery-oriented interventions to promote and nurture a healthy treatment culture. In collaboration with the Clinical Manager and Residential Therapist, they will provide individual and group treatment services such as, but not limited to, skills training, activity therapy, group therapy, and case management as indicated in the treatment plan.
The Residential Treatment Therapist will develop the competency necessary to perform comprehensive mental health assessments, including diagnosis and mental status exam. They will also develop treatment plans which center individuals' stated goals, address needs identified in the assessment, and prescribe appropriate interventions. The Residential Treatment Therapist will document treatment interventions provided, including rationale for services and progress towards intended outcome. They will also complete all documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and individual service notes in a timely fashion in adherence with Federal standards.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). This position requires flexibility in schedule based on regional need.

Our client's Outpatient Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Hand Therapist (OT) to join a highly collaborative, tight-knit outpatient rehab team. This department provides specialized post-operative and complex upper-extremity care in partnership with three on-site Hand Surgeons and two Physician Assistants, offering a clinically rich environment with direct access to surgical expertise.
Patients are primarily post-operative, with additional traumatic and repetitive use conditions. Caseload averages 8-10 patients/day, primarily 1:1, with strong support from experienced therapy aides and engaged leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations for post-surgical, traumatic, and overuse upper-extremity conditions.
Develop customized treatment plans to restore functional use of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

This full-time Addiction & Recovery Counselor position is responsible for screening, assessment and treatment planning of participants who are receiving services to address substance use disorders. This position will work closely with the participant's peer mentor, case manager, and community partners as needed to provide care coordination services. Deliver intensive mental health services to youth and their families within a structured trauma-informed school and milieu environment.

DescriptionAssociate Clinicians
Position Overview: Sprout Therapy PDX is seeking Associate Clinician for Child and Family Therapy. Clinician will provide outpatient therapy services to clients of Sprout Therapy PDX. Therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and/or groups.
This is a full-time position requiring 21+ scheduled clinical hours per week. Hybrid or fully remote positions available! We do not have any full in-person positions open.
Associate Clinicians with 1 year of post-grad experience make a base salary of $67,165, meeting hourly expectations can expect to earn between $73,788-$82,000+/year pre-tax.
Reports to: Clinical Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform on-site and/or virtual clinical counseling services to patients of Sprout Therapy PDX as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Sprout Therapy PDX.
Respond to client communication within 1 business day, whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc.
Communicate with a client's collateral sources for case management (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Timely (within 1 day for intakes, within 7 days for ongoing sessions) and complete documentation for every client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contact notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Sprout Therapy PDX or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion.
Keep patient files and demographics accurate and up to date.
Charge and collect payments from patients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by Sprout Therapy PDX.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings as directed by Sprout Therapy PDX.
Conduct counseling services in a professional manner.
Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers, supervisors, and Leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, social work, or related field
Active and unrestricted ability to practice in the state of Oregon as a licensee or associate (PhD/Candidate, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CSWA, PCA, or MFTA) - applicants with licensing in another state must be in the process of obtaining Oregon registration

Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, especially in the realms of emotional intelligence and flexibility
At least 2+ years of experience for licensed clinicians, 1+ years of experience for associate clinicians
Have at least one identified niche for counseling services (i.e., LGBTQIA+, bilingual, children, teens, EMDR, etc)
