This position supports the new and innovative Child Focused Assertive Community Treatment Team. Child ACTT is a team-based multi-disciplinary approach to serving kids in their homes, kinship placements, foster homes, or may begin during a transition from a more restrictive residential setting or hospitalization. Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients using clinical models and modalities approved by the agency and the service definition for children and adults who are being referred to mental health and substance abuse services.

Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
Pay: $74-$92 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.

How you'll contribute
Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
Displays active involvement in treatment planning process
Provides family session counseling to all patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups
Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources
Demonstrates appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
