Responsibilities and Duties Complete CDAs, evaluate and provide mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including yearly CDAs, further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes for every session according to company policy Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 scheduled sessions per week and a minimum of 15 executed client visits per week.
