Responsibilities
Support the CEO and President with:
Full ownership of scheduling and calendars for both executives-coordinating internal and external meetings with attention to detail and context
Keeping your executives informed of their day, their week, and what's coming-daily briefings (evening summaries for the next day), and nudges as needed
Supporting inbox management with a goal of inbox zero
Editing and drafting external emails, notes, and memos
Escorting executives to calls/meetings and ensuring they stay on schedule-adjusting plans in real time when needed
Tracking follow-ups, priorities, and action items
Leading logistics for key meetings and events-drafting agendas, confirming attendees, reserving space, coordinating with Ops and IT
Preparing digital briefing books (bios, logistics, talking points)
Conducting research and preparing background materials
Proofreading presentations and documents for accuracy and polish
Booking travel, including flights, lodging, ground transport, and itineraries
Submitting and tracking expense reports
Being available outside standard office hours for urgent or time-sensitive needs
Support reception-related duties including greeting guests, coordinating visitor logistics, and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
Qualifications
Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities
Tech-fluent: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and willing to learn new tools
Professional presence and emotional intelligence-able to interact well with high-level partners and internal teams
Comfortable with discretion and handling sensitive/confidential information
Willing and able to do whatever it takes-big or small, glamorous or not-to keep things running smoothly
Able to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and complete tasks independently with minimal oversight
Able to work on-site in Playa Vista five days per week

Design, build, and execute data analytics for ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) initiatives, including developing analytics to monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), identify emerging risk trends, and provide data-driven support for the ERM program and ERM risk assessments.
Interact with management and business partners to identify appropriate data sources and data elements required for analytics, validating the completeness and accuracy of data received.

You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, develop new analytical approaches, and create tools that enhance the audit process.
Execute and support end-to-end operational audits over key business processes to identify areas of risk, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Participate in risk assessments and the design of audit programs in order to address relevant risks.
OUR IDEAL INTERNAL AUDIT DATA ANALYST WILL HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Accounting or Finance.
Relevant work experience in internal audits, risk analysis, internal controls, fraud, compliance, data analysis, business intelligence, or controls assessment.
3+ years of relevant data analysis in audit, financial, risk management, or technology functions experience.
Experience in supporting the execution of SOX programs, control principles (e.g. COSO) and other internal audits, is a plus.
Experience with cloud-based or software as a service (SAAS) companies, and certifications like AWS, Azure and Google Cloud is strongly preferred.
Strong quantitative, analytical, data-intuition, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analytics techniques and query/programming languages in SQL and Python, for data analysis and machine learning.
Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools.
Experience with Big 4 accounting firms or global public companies and consulting is a plus.

The Role

You will lead the mechanical design of components and assemblies that survive hypersonic reentry, transition into controlled flight, and deliver payloads with unprecedented accuracy. The Team
The Avionics team is responsible for the design, testing, and production of electronic systems for Outpost's Earth return vehicles and ground support equipment. You'll collaborate closely with engineers across multiple domains to create efficient and sustainable solutions. This position offers the chance to engage in all aspects of spacecraft development and own avionics subsystems from end to end, from architecture and requirements definition through design, test, integration, and providing support during flight and re-entry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or related field
6+ years of experience designing and building electrical hardware for high-reliability applications such as aerospace, defense, or automotive
