Many opportunities to advance. Employees concerns are addressed, minimally repressive dress/appearance code, unpaid time off can usually be arranged for if needed, it's equitable & inclusive, customers that are abusive toward employees are not tolerated. They truly attempt to re-arrange your schedule as best as possible, most of the time.
The pay is terribly low. The health insurance is expensive and useless because the coverage & out of pocket co-pays and deductible & maximum is so bad, plus the plans don't have many choices in-network. Premiums are excessivley high too. Employer match for retirement is also poor and they keep cutting it.
Employee discount on food; not very restrictive dress or appearance code.
They listen. Action not always possible but at least they listen.
There are some problem employees who whine and bully the management who management does not stand up to or take good notes on their behavior so they disrupt other workers and it takes forever before they are finally terminated. Lots of whiners.
