The Custodian cleans and stocks consumable supplies in all Outside In buildings. They also perform all cleaning, such as wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping. This work is scheduled to take place after hours, during overnight or swing shifts.
Essential Duties
* Thoroughly clean all restrooms. This includes all fixtures, floors, counters, and showers.
* Restock consumables (i.e. soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer) in restrooms, exam rooms, kitchens, and all other areas with dispensers.
* Vacuum all carpets and rugs.
* Clean and sanitize countertops, door handles, high-use chairs, tabletops, etc.
* Empty all rooms' trash and recycling receptacles; take outside to the dumpsters.
* Clean housing units and apartments as part of the "room turn" process.
* Perform flooring deep cleans (strip & wax, polish, carpet steaming, etc).
* Perform exterior cleaning when assigned.
* Keep storage and supply areas clean and organized. Collaborate with supervisor on supplies inventory and ordering.
* Meet regularly with supervisor to review and discuss the work.
* Notify supervisor of anything in need of repair or attention.

The Outside In Transitional Living Program provides 24/7 support to the young adults living on site. This requires us to have a team of on-call Youth Specialists who can cover for vacations or sick time off.
Youth Specialists assist in facilitating the day-to-day services offered in both the Day Services Program and the Transitional Living Program. Support for Day Program and Housing Program services can include assisting with youth skill-building activities including healthy recreation and art activities, food preparation, and helping ensure safe and respectful program spaces. Chief Compliance Officer

The CCO is responsible for ensuring that the organization maintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and that all programs meet the standards established by HRSA, FTCA, OHA, and other governing agencies. This position provides strategic oversight and leadership for the areas of compliance, credentialing, medical records, electronic health record support, quality management, and information security.
The CCO works collaboratively with staff to foster compliance, risk awareness, data integrity, and continuous quality improvement. The CCO also oversees the development and implementation of systems that ensure operational compliance, organizational integrity, and patient confidentiality.

Behavioral Health Counselor

The Outpatient Behavioral Health Counselor works as a member of Outside In's Outpatient treatment team providing care utilizing evidence-based models. This position is eligible for a $2,000 hiring bonus.
