Effectively promote VieMed's home ventilation, oxygen therapy, and disease management programs through engaging presentations, educational sessions, and clinical collaborations.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the territory, setting and exceeding growth targets.
Collaborate with internal clinical teams and operations to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospital to home care settings.
Maintain meticulous records of account activity, referral sources, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Stay informed on industry trends, clinical practices, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Represent the company professionally at healthcare conferences, training programs, and community events.
Qualifications & Experience:
Demonstrated existing relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, or Respiratory Care Departments.
Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation and Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV).
Proven success navigating hospital systems and influencing healthcare decision-makers to increase referrals.
Minimum of 2 years' healthcare sales experience, preferably in respiratory therapy, DME, critical care, or related fields.
Prior clinical experience or formal sales training is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

In this exciting and rewarding role the responsibilities will include expertly representing the Company with respect to the promotion and sale of Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems to Contractor customers and end users within an assigned territory and accounts.

Summary
Carolina CAT Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Rental Sales Rep (RSR) - Temperature Control Specialist. The RSR - Temperature Control Specialist is expected to have extensive consultative sales experience in temperature control knowledge is a plus. This position requires knowledge of application design, sizing and installation requirements. Applicants also need to have an accurate understanding of the target customers, their needs and issues. A positive and energetic approach is needed to assure success in meeting both the client expectations and those of the Power Systems Team. Reporting to the General Rental Manager, duties and responsibilities of the position includes direct rental sales of all temperature control related equipment, including chillers, air conditioners, heaters, (electric and indirect fire), dehumidifiers plus additional accessories/ancillaries required.
Temperature Control/generator packages (turnkey solutions) capabilities included.
The Power Systems Rental SalesRepresentative- Temperature Control Specialist is the field contact for customers. Candidates will have the responsibilities of managing job sites, courting new customers, servicing customer accounts, conducting office and job-site calls and securing industrial accounts.
Essential Functions
* Candidate will interface with customer base while building strong and lasting relationships.
* Qualify customer rental potential and determine rental needs, plus maintain customer lists and data.
* Prepare rental quotations, oversee order entry and project manage major rental projects.
* Coordinate with Service Department on rental startups, testing and equipment operation.
* Have market awareness with respect to competition, new technical advances and pricing for comparable products and services.
* Position requires travel into multiple territories and occasional overnight trips.

The candidate chosen will be responsible for initiating, establishing and building profitable service relationships between new customers and FirstCall Mechanical.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows a disciplined and professional process to identify, target and qualify prospective new customers; takes advantage of market conditions and networks effectively to uncover new leads and contacts.
Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments
Builds a referral network to identify new customers
Conducts sales calls crafted to identify key sources of problems and/or dissatisfaction confronting Facility Directors in operating and maintaining heating/cooling, ventilation and control system equipment
Develops a sense of urgency to resolve needs and positions FirstCall Mechanical as the supplier of choice
Proposes solutions to prospective customers needs through creative and innovative application of local branch service capabilities with a focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements with an emphasis on digital service offerings, sustainability, and decarbonization
Understands the customer's business and speaks their language
Reviews and finalizes proposals with prospects and secures their commitment to the FirstCall Mechanical solution
Conducts customer kick-off meetings, resolves customer issues, creates pull-through opportunities, maintains service agreements, extends service agreements and supports the collections process
Keeps management informed of progress and account status using BuildOps tool and other means
Develops and implements territory marketing plans consistent with the FirstCall Mechanical business strategy

What You Will Do
Run scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners
Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing and materials
Take accurate measurements and complete required sales documentation
Maintain professional and ethical sales practices
Communicate effectively with internal teams to support the customer experience
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Prior in home, commission-based sales experience (home improvement preferred)
Strong closing skills in a consultative environment
Professional demeanor with a customer first mindset
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Comfortable using iPads and sales CRM technology
Requirements
Sales experience requirements
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a high school diploma or equivalent, or
2 years of sales experience with a bachelor's degree or qualifying military experience
Ability to work a field-based schedule, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within an assigned market, up to a 3-hour driving radius
Ability to pass a basic criminal background check where permitted by law
Tech and math proficient or a fast learner, including use of iPads and precise measurements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed for in home assessments
Compensation
Commission only compensation (1099)
Uncapped earning potential
Historically, high performing contractors have earned annual commissions in the range of 150K to 300K, based on performance
Weekly commission payouts
Performance incentives may be available
Training and Readiness
All contractors must complete Windows USA required sales and measurement certification before representing the company independently in the field.
