Key Responsibilities: Leverage existing relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, and other referral sources to increase patient referrals and promote VieMed's comprehensive home ventilation and disease management programs. Conduct engaging presentations, clinical education sessions, and collaborative initiatives to inform and influence healthcare providers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory to meet or exceed growth targets. Collaborate closely with internal Respiratory Therapists and operational teams to facilitate seamless patient transitions from hospital to home-based care. Maintain detailed and accurate records of account activities, referrals, and sales performance metrics using CRM tools. Stay informed on industry trends, clinical innovations, and competitive landscape to effectively position VieMed's offerings. Qualifications & Experience: Established relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalist services, Case Managers, or Respiratory Care departments within healthcare facilities. Hands-on experience with Mechanical Ventilation, including Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV). Demonstrated success navigating hospital and clinical systems to influence decision-making and facilitate referrals. Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment (DME), LTACH, or critical care settings. Formal sales training and/or relevant clinical background highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
