Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. How this opportunity is different We are looking for a leader who is responsible for the day-to-day, account management of Aon's relationships with assigned clients as their primary role. You will lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business. Must have an active Property & Casualty license Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position is $169,900 to $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
